Epiphanies taste better with toast.
Malcolm Steadman was making toast when a terribly profound, and deeply troubling thought bore its way violently to the forefront of his consciousness. The morning before this was as listless and routine as any Wednesday morning. It was mildly agitating as the minutes had trudged by while his toast was cooking, but otherwise did not have any qualities worth noting or comparing to any other moment. Then the toast popped. The thought came suddenly.... --->READ MORE AT REVFITZ.COM!!!<---

Pretty clever short story, i liked it a lot.
I have to say that my main lenguage it's spanish and i'm not used to read english literature but, that being said, it was an easy read for me and the wording "sounded" pretty natural to me. Didn't got distracted by repetitions of words or phonemes neither by bad punctuaction at all, so good job.

Maybe the only critiscism i have is the fact that the main character gets somewhat lost in the story, the narrator forces him to get in a very second plane and steals the protagonism from him. In the second half of the story you came back to him describing how perplexed he was feeling, and the toast getting cold, etc, i feel like if these kind of details, going back and fort from Malcom's kitchen to Malcom's overwhelming thoughs, would be more frequent he would have a more solid presence in the story instead of the narrator. Maybe something like spilling his cup of water/milk flipping out when he gots to the Hitler realization, I don't know if i'm explaining myself very well. In short words, more interaction between the character and his reactions to his thoughs.

On a side note, i didn't knew that every radio broadcast gets lost into space, so you are right about Hitler's speech, that's an interesting fact.

I am glad you enjoyed it! Thank you that is some high praise :D

Totally fair criticism. I am hoping to give Malcolm more agency later on but you are right, it is more focused on the narrator when maybe it  shouldn't be.

Thank you for the detailed comment, it was very helpful!

Also: "Sieg heil Honey Boo" is something no one has ever said before in the English language. Thank you for that :P
